Cruelty Free Sephora VIB Sale Recommendations – Spring 2017

Itโ€™s the second most wonderful time of the year for those of us with massive Sephora addictions! ๐Ÿ˜ Thatโ€™s right! The Sephora VIB Sale is almost here!!! I thought I would go through some of my favorite cruelty free products available at Sephora to give you a few recommendations while considering what new goodies to pick up this go-round. Real quick, the details as I understand them are that the sale runs from April 18th through the 24th for VIB Rouge members and your discount will be 15% off of everything as many times as you choose to shop in that time frame! Similarly, VIB member will receive 15% off between April 19th and 24th, while Beauty Insiders will be getting 10% off from April 20th through April 23rd. If youโ€™re one of these lucky Sephora Insider members, you should receive a card in the mail as well as a code in your email that can be used over and over again during the above mentioned dates! There has also been some fantastic cruelty free news: Tashina from Logical Harmony has confirmed that Smashbox and Marc Jacobs Beauty (not the fragrances) have been added to her cruelty free list (Stila‘s back too)!!! Discounts and new brands and cruelty free goodness, oh my! ๐Ÿ˜œ Enough silliness, letโ€™s get to the recommendations (linked to reviews if I have one). ๐Ÿ˜‰

On Trial – Testing New Products from Charlotte Tilbury, Urban Decay, Bite Beauty & More

Iโ€™ve been trying a fair number of new products recently about which Iโ€™m having trouble gathering my thoughts. One day Iโ€™ll think something is fantastic, yet the next Iโ€™m not convinced. I go through this with a lot, if not most, of the products I test out. Itโ€™s kind of frustrating, kind of fun, and kind of encouraging all rolled in to one. Since there have been so many new productsย that Iโ€™ve been trying lately, I thought I would let you know what products Iโ€™m currently on the fence about and the reasons why.

Pinrose Cruelty Free Fragrances

I will readily admit that I am not a fragrance person. I love things that smell good, but perfume has never really appealed to me and occasionally gives me headaches (I suffer from minor migraine once in a while as well). Of course that doesnโ€™t stop me from sniffing every bottle I pass or spritzing on the random tester here and there. I almost always conclude that itโ€™s just not for me. Some of the more natural perfumes (a la The Body Shop and Pacifica) suit me a bit better, but they donโ€™t last well enough to make it worth much effort. Well. Consider my world upheaved! I have come across a brand that has not only surprised me with perfume scents that I like and that actually last, but also a type of scent I typically hate! Let me introduce you to the brand Pinrose.
